He has vast experience in working on a multitude of service levels from corporate, NHS, private, and education sectors. Stefan has a passion for creating and delivering tailor-made programs, structured around exercise and health, that support and nurture wellbeing.

Stefan’s flexible approach allows for consistent relationships derived through in person contact or via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

With his 10 years’ experience working with Youth Justice Services, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and City Council Youth Support Programmes, Stefan has an in-depth understanding of the importance of sensitivity, consistency and respect when supporting the needs of vulnerable children and young people who may be trauma affected. Stefan has been integral in Manchester City Council’s ‘Streetlife’ youth steering program designed to create sport & exercise services to help redress a ‘peak’ in youth crime & violence. His ability to engage and build relationships with at-risk youth proved pivotal in the success of the project.

Alongside his years of service within health and wellbeing, Stefan is a recently retired, 10-year Professional Basketball Player and England & Great Britain International. He was able to gain and then transfer years of extremely valuable skills and knowledge, to his business and service in Exercise Health & Wellbeing Consultancy.

Stefan has had various consultancy and leadership roles within elite sport. He is currently the Head of Performance for the Manchester Giants Professional Basketball Team, in which he overseas both the physical and mental performance of the players. Through years of experience and opportunities, Stefan developed his philosophy that the combination of improving physical and mental performance, especially in those in vulnerable positions, has a direct correlation to positively affecting mental health & wellbeing.
