Our approach is reflected in the Interactive Consultation Framework (ICF), a reflective, relationship-focused framework developed with child psychologists. Interactive Consultation Framework enables our teams to work closely with one another, and with each child, their family, and external professionals, to build a shared understanding of emotional, developmental, and relational needs. Through regular consultation, we explore how past experiences, neurodevelopmental differences, and current context influence behaviour, relationships, and wellbeing.
This process helps us spot patterns, reduce misunderstandings, and create consistent, attuned strategies tailored to each child’s profile. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all responses, Interactive Consultation Framework supports thoughtful, collaborative planning that evolves as the child grows and needs change. It keeps support informed by theory and evidence, and rooted in everyday interactions, because it is often in those moments that meaningful change happens.
