Shah Rahman
The Responsible Individual is a registered Social Worker and Counsellor. He has extensive experience of working with children and families in both local authorities as well as private organisations specifically with children in care.
Shah's leadership experience extends to holding the Responsible Individual role for multiple services within children's home and a fostering agency. Shah has supported a number of services as a Reg 44 visitor since 2017. Shah has overseen Ofsted inspections where he has developed homes to Good inspection ratings.
Shah is a passionate advocate for children in care and has oversight of the management of the home to ensure that a high level of care is maintained. The Responsible Individual oversees the DSL (Designated Safeguarding Leads) in the home.
